Anonymous Tips - A new online anonymous tip program that forwards anonymous tips from the public to the Sheriff's Office via a company called CitizenObserver . This program also works on your cell phone by texting a message to TIP411 (847411). When texting by phone, your first message must start with the keyword "CMCSO" then you can type your message. You will receive an automated response message. You may receive questions from an operator about your observations only. (You will not be asked questions about yourself.)
